Hand-researched and reviewed rather than produced on request, which is why some items have no cost against them. Where no published figure was found, the item is named and left uncosted rather than given an invented number.
Researching a new model properly takes an afternoon, so coverage grows deliberately rather than automatically. A car outside this list still gets a full report - the failure research is produced on demand instead, with the same rule that nothing ships without a source.
